O99: Les 2 Alpes

55m2 appartment with 3 bedrooms on the 4th floor of
l'Olympe. It is completely renovated by an interior
designer to a high standard that is normally rented
week by week. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds
in each room and a coin nuit with bunk beds, also an
L shaped couch that pulls out into a double bed. Kitchen
is fully equiped, bathroom with shower and washing machine
and there is a seperate toilet. Parquet floors with
new carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and tiled floors
in the kitchen and bathroom areas. There are integral
spotlights in the beams and the layout gives a modern
chalet feel. There is TV and WIFI connection can be
added if needed. Ski locker and private exterior parking.
Location next to office de tourisme, tabacs, restaurants,
bakeries and shops, across from the ski school and lifts.
O100: Les 2 Alpes

Studio apartment and mezzanine 36m2. Located at the
entrance of town this apartment has bunk beds in the
entrance separated by a door into the living room with
l-shaped couch. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
Bathroom with wc and bath/shower. Mezzanine level has
a double bedand bunk beds. Location at the entrance
of town behind the tourist office. 100m to nearest supermarket
and bus stops into town, ski to the door and nearest
lift is 100m by the slopes.
O101: Les 2 Alpes

2 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom.
2 large couch/beds in the living room, TV and WIFI on
request. One bedroom has private balcony overlooking
northeast mountains of Alpes d'Huez the other has bunk
beds. Lounge has full floor to ceiling windows and large
balcony overlooking the mountains of les 2 Alpes. Separate
fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher has separate door
onto balcony. Newly fitted bathroom with washing machine

O103: Les 2 Alpes (Stellalpes)

Dates: Full season
42m2 apartment located in the very centre of Les 2 Alpes, 100m from the
Jandri Gondola, across from two supermarkets as well as all the shops,
restaurants and bars. There is a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a coin
nuit with a double bed in mezzanine and sofa beds within the living room.
The separate kitchen is fully fitted and there is a large walk-in larder and
storage area. The kitchen and living room have floor to ceiling glass doors
that open onto a large south facing 12m2 balcony, positioned to catch the
sun all day throughout the winter. Newly renovated bathroom and separate
W.C. Sleeps 6. TV and WI-FI can be added on request. Exterior parking and
ski lockers.
O50: Les Deux Alpes

20m² studio situated one minute from the main road
and five minutes from both the Jandri and Red Eggs (main
cable cars). Ideal position in centre of town yet set
back enough to be quiet. Sunny south facing balcony
overlooking the Muzelle, all amenities within 2 mins
walk. Fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric hotplates,
oven, kettle, toaster etc. Living room includes a mezzanine
double bed and below this a fold out double sofa bed.
Ideal for 2 sharing or a couple but can sleep 4. Separate
bathroom and wc. Equipped with TV, DVD and video player.

O114: Morzine (La Salle)

Le Tavaillon is a spacious 130sqm 2 bedroom chalet.
Part of a farmhouse built in 1850, this is a rustic
setup that would suit a couple or two singles looking
for space rather than the ultimate in luxury. Large
lounge with TV, DVD and 2 double sofa beds; large kitchen
with big dining table (perfect for meals with friends);
3 double/twin bedrooms; 1 WC and 1 bathroom. Chalet
has a fireplace and electric convection heaters. La
Salle is just 5 mins walk from the centre of Morzine
Village and the Mairie, le Paradis, Laurys, the Dixie
Bar, supermarkets etc. For a couple or two singles only.
Owner visits 3 to 4 weeks per season.
O119: Les Deux Alpes

1 bedroom 26m2 apartment, sleeping 4 to 6 people. The
separate room at the entrance has a double bed, there
are 2 bunks in central room and if required a double
bed can be placed in the living area. Ideal for 4 people.
Shower with own hot water
supply (i.e. neighbouring apartments don't use all the
hot water),
separate toilet. Well equipped kitchen with all utensils,
double hob, fridge/freezer mini oven, slow cooker etc.
South facing balcony with great views on second floor,
so equipment can be stored outside. Situated in the
popular Venosc end of town, 2 minutes walk to Smithys/Red
Frog Bars or Avalanche Club. 5 minutes walk to the main
lifts (red eggs) and only 100 yards to the nearest lift
if you start on the Pied Moutet side of the mountain.
You can ski in to the door from that side too! Freeview
UK, SKY TV and an amp&speakers to run off an Ipod.
O121: Les 2 Alpes

This is a large, recently renovated, 65sqm 2 bedroom
apartment right in the centre of Les 2 Alpes. The renovation
was carried to a high standard and the apartment has
2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with
twin beds (either bedroom is big enough to take extra
bunks). The lounge is very spacious, with 2 sofas (1
of which converts to a bed) and there is a south facing
balcony with a lovely view of the chapel and mountains.
Flat also includes kitchen, shower room with washing
machine & spin drier, separate toilet. There is

This cosy 80 sq/M apartment is situated in a sunny position
in Wagrain at the heart of the Ski Amade. The apartment
has one parking place, a storage room in the cellar
and balcony with spectacular views of both ski mountains
and distant views to the Hohe Tauern national park.
It also features 3 bedrooms (one double, one single
and one twin), separate toilet and bathroom with shower,
washing machine. The living area is partially open plan
with very well equiped kitchen - dishwasher, microwave,
toaster etc. A particular feature is the centrally placed
Austrian kachelofen, a very efficient woodburner stove
which heats a large central section of the lounge wall
(see tiled area in photo) and adds a very cosy 'gemutliche'
feel. Would suit 4-5 people maximum. All bedlinen is
included, electricity and heating.
About Wagrain: This is the largest ski area in Austria,
good snowsure conditions, and the town itself has approx
5 valleys of skiing at close reach and within a further
half hour or more is a huge amount of varied skiing.
This is Austrian skiing at its very best! Accessible
from Salzburg airport in just under 1 hour by car or
39 euros for taxi round fare.
