It's easy to think you'd love to do a season, but have
you really thought about what you'll get out of it?
Here are some of the things we reckon make the whole
experience so unbelievable:
The views
Fresh air
Constant adrenalin and loads of exercise
Riding all day on the first big powder day of the season,
then partying all night on the adrenalin buzz
The life-long mates you'll make
Finding that untracked powder field before anyone else
Landing your first ...
The atmosphere in town and knowing everyone who lives
there.
April powder days and spring BBQs
Apres ski beers, and great food
Cheap wine!
Even if the weather's sh*t, you've just been overtaken
by a four year, and you missed the last lift home, you
will always know that life in the mountains is so much
better than being stuck in England in the winter!
... And when it's good, there is nothing to compare
So, It's hard to believe that there
could be anything bad about seasons - but here are some
of the things we can live without:
French beer - when will someone teach
them to pour it without half a pint of head on top??
Four year olds who are better than you
Not landing your first ...
When it dumps all night then they keep all the lifts
closed for bombing
When you wake up late not realising it's been dumping
all night
The boot room!
Cheap wine hangovers
Bad French/Dutch music. Why why why?
Cheese on everything
Knowing everyone and everyone knowing you (and what
you did last night)
Having no money - ever!
But we reckon the good definitely outweighs
the bad - every time!
( ... please see our photos section if you're not convinced)
